Art Studio for Fun

Experience full day, week-long, art and cooking camp for ages 7- 13. The camp adventure is crafted to promote hands on experiences, essential for development of skills in multiple areas, from hand-eye coordination and expressing ideas, to creative thinking and problem solving. The art and cooking camp fosters creativity, imagination and positive interactions with peers.
All materials, food and snacks provided. Each week will have exceptional and unique experiences from 8:30am to 4pm, Monday-Friday.

Week 1: Forest Friends and Fairy Tales, July 21st-25th, 2025

Embark on a journey into the enchanting world of Forest Friends and Fairy Tales! Campers will bring the magic of the forest to life through watercolor paintings of woodland scenes, tile mosaics of adorable forest creatures, and polymer clay fairy houses and animals. They’ll weave nature-inspired creations with twigs and yarn, and sew their own stuffed animal friends. In the kitchen, kids will craft their own pizzas, colorful pasta, and focaccia bread adorned with seeds, nuts, and pinecone patterns. The week culminates with an art show featuring their creations and a delicious spread of savory puff pastries.

Week 2: The Buzzy Hive Adventure, July 28th- August 1st, 2025

Buzz into creativity with The Buzzy Hive Adventure, a week dedicated to the vibrant world of bees and flowers! Young artists will explore nature’s beauty through oil pastel beehive art, honeycomb tile mosaics, and polymer clay bees and butterflies for dioramas. They’ll sew stuffed bees and crochet flowers, adding a handmade touch to the hive. In the kitchen, campers will bake bread with honey, create pollinator smoothies, and craft flower-shaped bread. The week wraps up with a buzzing art show and mini puff pastry tarts featuring honey and nuts.

Week 3: Dreams of the Deep Blue, August 4th-8th, 2025

Dive into Dreams of the Deep Blue, where the mysteries of the ocean inspire every creation! Campers will paint stunning underwater zentangle scenes, assemble intricate tile mosaics of sea creatures, and sculpt polymer clay starfish and dolphins. They’ll weave ocean-themed tapestries with shimmering blue and silver fibers and sew stuffed marine animals. Culinary adventures include blue lagoon pasta, sea shell-shaped bread, and fish-shaped breadsticks. The week concludes with a refreshing blue lagoon punch and an art show celebrating the wonders of the deep sea.

Week 4: Mythical Creatures of Fantasy, August 11th-15th, 2025

Enter the magical Realm of Enchanted Creatures, where mythical beasts and fantasy come to life! Campers will paint mythical landscapes, design intricate tile mosaics, and sculpt polymer clay dragons, mermaids, and unicorns for dioramas. They’ll create yarn sculptures of fantastical animals and sew their own stuffed creatures. In the kitchen, kids will make rainbow pasta, unicorn horn breadsticks, and dragon claw pastries. The grand finale includes a dazzling art show and a celebration of their week’s mythical creations.
